HON. FRANK O. UGBOMA ESQ, LL.B. (Hons) LL.M., BL., pnm. (Principal Partner)
Hon. Frank Ugboma, the principal partner, liberal democrat, a detribalized Nigerian and firm believer in the defence of the Nigerian Constitution and the rule of law.
Born and bred in Nigeria. Hon. Frank Ugboma attended the University of Ibadan, where he obtained a Diploma-in-Law, also attended the University of Calabar and obtained Diploma in Public Administration. He proceeded to the Imo State University and bagged Bachelor of Laws, LL.B. (Hons). The Nigeria Law School and obtained Barrister at Law (BL) and was enrolled as Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Hon. Frank Ugboma attended further, the Alternative Dispute Resolution course and was awarded the Professional Negotiator and Mediator (pnm). Having been energized by the will to excel in the academic field, he further proceeded and obtained Masters in Law (LL.M) at the Imo State University.

BILLS SPONSORED:
A Bill for a law to make provisions for the procedure to be followed in Criminal
Justice Administration in the High Courts and Magistrates Courts of Imo State. The First among the Three Non-Executive Bills of the 9th House of Assembly that was passed into law and accented to by the Governor of Imo State.
A Bill for a Law to amend the Imo State Administration Criminal Justice law No. 2 of 2020. An amendment as a result of the inclusion of some offensive controversial sections. The 2nd Non Executive Bill of the 9th House of Assembly that has been passed and accented into law by the Governor of Imo State.
A Bill for a Law to establish the Magistrates’ Courts and for the Appointment of Magistrates, Justices of peace and other Officers of such Courts and for connected purposes thereto. This people oriented bill was passed into law and accented to by the Imo State Governor.
A Bill for a Law to Repeal the Rent control and Recovery of Premises Edict 1985, the Landlord and Tenant Recovery Edict, 1994 and to regulate Rights and obligations under Tenancy Agreements and their
Relationship between the Landlord and Tenant, including the procedure for the Recovery of premises and for connected purposes thereto. This people oriented bill scaled through the 2nd reading and was at committee stage before the end of the 9th Assembly.
